Red wine steak can be said to be one of the signature dishes on the western table. Red wine steak aims to cut and marinate the meat, master the heat, and make the sauce just right. It's too much and too little.

Red wine steak method:

1. Remove the fascia and cut it into about 2-3cm thick slices;

10. Turn one side over and put in butter after changing color;

11. Melt the butter and pour it into the bowl;

12. After cooking, fragrant and juicing, the preparation is completed.
