How to judge whether children have ADHD?

1、 What is the cause of ADHD in children?

(1) The mother often had more complications during pregnancy or perinatal period, and often had a large number of smoking or drinking history.

(2) Genetic factors, such as: the blood brothers and fathers of the children have more hyperactivity or inattention; the prevalence of monozygotic twins in twins is as high as 51% - 64%; alcoholism, antisocial personality and hysteria in relatives are also more.

(5) The influence of social, family and psychological factors, such as bad social environment or family conditions (broken family, economic poverty, housing crowding, bad parents, alcoholism, drug abuse, mental illness, etc.), can become the cause of the disease, and affect the development and prognosis of the disease.

(6) Other factors: nutritional problems, vitamin deficiency, food allergy, food seasoning or artificial coloring may make children prone to ADHD.

2、 What are the manifestations of ADHD and how to diagnose it?

Most children with ADHD are easily excited, crying, poor sleep, feeding difficult, not easy to form the habit of regular defecation and defecation. With the growth of age, in addition to increased activities, there are uncoordinated movements, inattention or short concentration time, knowing that they have no purpose, emotional impulsivity and lack of control ability, and they do not observe discipline and study difficulties in class. 1. Symptom criteria: compared with most children of the same age, the following symptoms are more common, and eight of the following behaviors are required.

(2) It is difficult to sit still when you want to sit still.

(3) Easily distracted by external stimuli.

(4) Can't wait in line patiently for rotation in games or group activities.

(5) Often people rush to answer questions before they finish.

(6) Difficulty in following other people's instructions (not due to disobedience or incomprehension), such as not doing housework.

(7) It's difficult to stay focused in homework or games.

(8) Often one thing is not done and another is changed.

(9) It's hard to play quietly.

(10) I often talk a lot.

(11) Often interrupt or interfere with other people's activities, such as interfering with other children's games.

(12) People often listen to others when they talk to them.

(13) Items (such as toys, pencils, books and exercise books) for study and activities at school or at home are often lost.

(14) Often engage in activities that are dangerous to the body without considering the possible consequences (not to seek stimulation).

2. Disease course standard: it usually starts before the age of 7 and lasts for more than 6 months.

3. Exclusion criteria: not due to generalized developmental disorders, mental retardation, childhood mental disorders, organic mental disorders. Nervous system diseases and drug reactions.
