Infantile cerebral palsy is the abbreviation of cerebral palsy in children. It is a non progressive brain injury syndrome caused by cerebral hypoxia, ischemia, hemorrhage and infection before, during and after birth. It is mainly manifested as motor development retardation, abnormal posture and muscle tension changes. Some can also be accompanied by different degrees of intelligence, language, vision, hearing, ingestion, swallowing, epilepsy and other abnormalities.

There are many causes of cerebral palsy, such as threatened abortion, pregnancy protection, virus infection, pregnancy induced hypertension, severe proteinuria and edema, drinking, smoking, radiation and so on.

Don't "turn three and sit six". Be careful

Early detection, early diagnosis and early comprehensive treatment are the key to the treatment of cerebral palsy. But as a parent, how can we find out early?

Children with cerebral palsy are worse than normal children of the same age in all aspects of development, and there will be abnormal movements or postures. At the same time, intellectual development is also lagging behind the normal children of the same age. Parents should pay attention to the early symptoms of children and judge whether there are high-risk factors of cerebral palsy.

The following symptoms should be paid more attention to by parents:

Feeding difficulty: sucking is weak, swallowing is difficult or choking, choking and vomiting are often found during feeding; the baby's mouth cannot be closed properly and dribbles; sleep difficulty: poor sleep, continuous crying, especially severe crying at night, weak crying or intermittent screaming.

Backward in sports development: they can't raise their heads when they are 3 months old; they can't turn over when they are 4-5 months old; they can't sit, even can't grasp, hold or put their hands to their mouths when they are 8 months old.

Abnormal posture: the fingers, especially the thumb, can't open after three months; the children's legs are very tight when changing diapers, and they can't be thrown away; and the feet are crossed when standing, always landing on the ground.
