How to cook raw pork liver? Usually I use fresh pork liver. I use two cooking methods. One is sweet and sour pork liver and stir fried pork liver with cabbage. The method is very simple. You can match the ingredients according to your eating habits.

Sweet and sour pork liver

Raw materials: 300g pig liver, 100g pineapple (peeled), 10g scallion, one tomato, 150g sugar, 125g vinegar, 35g wet starch, 10g soy sauce, 5g sesame oil and 750g raw oil.

Method:

1. Cut the pig liver, tomato and pineapple into slices, put the pig liver in the bowl, add soy sauce and wet starch, mix and size.

2. Heat the cauldron and pour in the raw oil. When the oil temperature reaches 180 ℃, pull the cauldron under the pig liver until it is cooked. Pour the oil into the fence and drain the oil. Stir fry pineapple and scallion in the original hot pot, add sweet and sour juice, bring to a boil, thicken with wet starch, pour in pig liver, stir well, overturn for a few times, pour in sesame oil, remove from the pot and put on a plate.

Stir fried pork liver with Chinese Cabbage

Raw materials: 300 grams of pig liver, 200 grams of cabbage, 3 teaspoons of refined salt, ginger, cooking wine and sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of peanut oil, 1 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate, 1 teaspoon of garlic and 1 teaspoon of pepper, 0.5 teaspoon of soy sauce, 0.5 teaspoon of wet starch and 0.5 teaspoon of dry starch.

Method:

1. Cut the pig liver into large pieces, wipe the water with cloth, add dry starch and grasp well. Use a bowl of soup, refined salt, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, pepper, wet starch to make juice.

2. Put the bottom oil in the pan, add the vegetable heart and refined salt, stir fry and take out. Heat 70% of the oil in the pan. Put the pig liver into the fat pan and remove it. Leave the bottom oil in the pan, add minced garlic and ginger, add pork liver, vegetable heart and cooking wine, pour in the sauce, turn it over, add sesame oil, and set it on a plate.
