Methods:

1. Heat the butter over water, one-third of it is easy to beat. Beat it with an egg beater. Mix the powdered sugar and brown sugar. Add it to the butter and continue to beat it evenly.

2. Add cream, beat well, sift in low powder and cocoa powder, mix well with scraper, add almond slices, mix well.

3. Prepare a box with plastic film, put the batter in, press it evenly, and then put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

4. Take it out, tear off the plastic film, cut it into 1cm thick slices and put it into the baking plate. Leave some space between the biscuits.

5. Preheat the oven 170 degrees, the middle layer, about 20 minutes, you can also see the coloring state, take out the oven and dry on the baking net.

You can control it by yourself. I do a lot of it every time. The two I give are actually very few. When the butter is heated by water, it will melt about one third. It is for convenience. If it is too thin, it can't be played. If it melts too much, put it back in the refrigerator and freeze it for a while. Leave some space between the biscuits. They will grow up after baking.
