Housewives often encounter, for example, garlic, yam, peeling when cooking is very troublesome, and sometimes hand skin allergy, itching, and so on. Today, I'd like to give a few tips to the big family
1. Peel the yam
Yam has mucus. It will be uncomfortable to stick it on your hand. Some people even feel itchy. If you take a glove to remove the yam skin, you will put a fresh-keeping bag on it, and the mucus will not stick to your hand.
2. Remove garlic skin skillfully
Usually it's hard to peel garlic, but if you break the garlic and soak it in warm water for a few minutes and then peel it, you can peel it off easily.
3. Peel the silkworm bean skin
If you don't know how to peel the silkworm bean skin, it's very painful. We can put the broad bean into the boiling water added with alkali for a while, and then peel it more easily. After peeling, remember to rinse the bean petals with cold water to remove the alkali smell.
4. Peeling tomato
First, cut the tomato skin gently with a knife, and then put it into boiling water. The boiling water should not exceed the tomato. After waiting for a while, the tomato skin will crack. After taking it out and putting it cold, the tomato skin will be easily peeled off.
5. Peel the lotus seed
Generally, the skin of lotus seed is very thin, and it takes time and effort to peel it. But if you wash the lotus seed first, put it in boiling water, then add some alkali (such as sodium bicarbonate), simmer for a while, and then rub it in your hands, the skin will naturally fall off.
