How to peel litchi without hurting hands

Litchi is delicious, but it is not so easy to peel litchi.

We usually use the thumb's nail to pick off the base of lychee and then peel it. It's OK to peel a few pieces in this way. One is that the nail will be dyed black and it is difficult to clean. The other is that it will make the nail centrifugal and painful. Not to mention that it's more difficult to pick it up without nails. Later, I learned a little trick to peel litchi with laoguang. I'd like to share it with you.

1. There is an obvious line in the middle of litchi, and also on the opposite side.

2. Pinch the two ends of forefinger and thumb and squeeze gently, and the midline part is split

3. Break the shell to both sides and peel out the litchi completely

4. Fresh litchi will not flow when peeled

Warm tips: 1. When peeling litchi, carefully observe whether there are wormholes in the pedicel. If so, be careful when eating. 2. The fresher the litchi, the more reliable this method is.
