Three skills of microwave cooking rice

There are three skills that must be mastered in microwave cooking of rice

1. Soaking in advance: soak rice about half an hour in advance, the time for less rice is less, and for more rice, the time is slightly longer, which helps the rice grain absorb enough water, and can be fast and glutinous when cooking by microwave.

2. Heating by stages: after the first heating, observe the ripening of the rice. If the rice grains are dry and sandwiched, sprinkle some water on the surface and heat it for a few minutes. If the rice grains are still very wet, you don't need to add water and heat them directly.

3. Frequently turn rice: you must turn over the rice frequently to make it volatilize excess water. In this way, the cooked rice is loose, evenly heated and tastes better.

It is better to cook rice with boiling water, which is faster and more delicious than cold water. What's more, there are some purifiers in the tap water that we use now. If these detergents are cooked with rice, the direct consequence is that they will kill the vitamins in the rice and make the rice lose a lot of nutrition.
