1. Sealing method: take a wine jar or a pottery jar or vat with complete mouth, put the undamaged winter bamboo shoots in, and tie them tightly with double-layer plastic film cover; or take the airtight plastic bag and tie the bag mouth after filling the bamboo shoots. This method can also keep fresh for about 20-30 days.

2. Steaming method: peel and wash the winter bamboo shoots, cut the big ones in half, steam them in a steamer or boil them in a water pan until they are ripe in the fifth or sixth season, and then put them in the basket and hang them in a ventilated place for 1-2 weeks. This method is suitable for the preservation of winter bamboo shoots.

3. Sand storage method: take the waste wooden box (red box can also be used) or old iron (wood) bucket, lay 2-3 inch thick wet yellow sand at the bottom, arrange the intact winter bamboo shoots tip upward in the box (barrel), and then pour another part of wet sand (to the degree of non sticky degree) and pat it firmly. The wet sand should be buried 2-3 inches above the shoot tip, and then the box (barrel) should be placed in a dark and ventilated place. With this method, it can be stored for 30-50 days, and the longest time can be more than 2 months.
