How to make a variety of delicious yogurt?

First, buy a yogurt machine, which is actually a heat preservation machine. Buy two 250 gram bags of milk, plastic or pillow bags. Buy a small box of fresh yogurt or dried mushroom powder.

Take out the plastic box inside the yoghurt, put 1 spoon of water, cover it, and turn it in the microwave for 1 minute. In this way, the water vapor can fully disinfect the box. (if not for the baby, omit this step. )

Put the milk in 60 ℃ hot water (scald, but do not feel pain after taking it away) to warm it. Cut a small opening for the hot milk, and open a small opening for the sterilized box, and carefully pour the milk into the box. Or pour it directly into the cleaned yoghurt box and heat it in the microwave until it is slightly hot.

Find a clean spoon, then scald it with boiling water, scoop out two spoons of yoghurt, add them into the box, mix well. This is the strain. Or pour in the mushroom powder and mix well.

Cover the box immediately, shake it gently and evenly, put it into the yoghurt, and connect the power supply.

Keep the temperature for 5-8 hours. When you see that the yoghurt is basically solidified, take it out immediately and put it in the refrigerator. It'll be fine in a night or a few hours.

Take out the yogurt from the refrigerator and divide it into small parts. Add sugar, brown sugar, sweet osmanthus, sugar rose, honey, jam, juice, fruit block, sugar ginger juice, cinnamon powder & hellip; & hellip; flavor as you like. I used to eat it with orange peel or with sweet things like honey beans, so I didn't have to put sugar anymore. Their fruit pieces are fresh, much fresher than the ones in the supermarket yogurt that have been put for a week or two. Of course, you can also add nothing. If you are used to sour taste, the original yogurt actually has a good flavor.
