Make a "fire-fighting dish" in 5 minutes - [dace and balsam pear]

These days, when the rain stops, it's hot and dry... The fire is also very strong. It takes a few minutes in summer to make my favorite fire-fighting dish...

Ingredients: balsam pear, canned dace with black bean, garlic, salt, sugar, sesame oil

Step:

1. Split the bitter gourd in half, remove the inner pulp, wash the slanting knife and slice.

2. Blanch bitter melon and drain it.

(put a few drops of oil in the boiling pot of the blanching water to keep the balsam pear green.)

3. Take out the dace in the dace can and tear it into small pieces.

4. Put the oil in the hot pot, heat the oil, stir fry the garlic, and then spoon 3 tablespoons of canned Douchi sauce.

5. Stir fry the dace in small strips.

6. Pour in the bitter melon with blanched water, mix with a little salt, sugar, and sesame oil, and mix well, then start the pot.

PS:

If you want to make it easier, blanch the balsam pear with water, add the dace with black bean sauce, salt, sugar and sesame oil.

But the taste is a little bit inadequate...

In addition, I especially like to eat balsam pear with garlic, which is also one of my personal hobbies, for reference only...
