1. The effect of steaming and stewing is basically the same as that of non water stewing. However, due to the high temperature of steaming and stewing, it is necessary to master the steaming time. If the steaming time is not enough, the raw materials will be immature and less fragrant; if the steaming time is too long, the raw materials will be too ripe and rotten and lose the flavor.
