Ingredient: 1000g pork leg

Accessories: 100g hawthorn,

Seasonings: 15 grams of pepper, 20 grams of scallions, 10 grams of ginger, 50 grams of rice wine, 15 grams of salt, 50 grams of sugar, 15 grams of sesame oil

The method of Hawthorn beef jerky is as follows

1. Remove the fascia and wash the pork, and pick up the impurities from the hawthorn.

2. Put half of the Hawthorn into the pot, add 8 cups of water to boil, and then put in the pork, cook together until six minutes.

3. Cool the pork in the air, cut the thick silk of 6cm in length and 0.5cm in width against the grain. Mix the pork strips with green onion (cut section), ginger (slice) and rice wine, marinate for about 1 hour, and drain the water.
