Experts say a nutritious breakfast doesn't take long. It takes five or six minutes to get ready in the morning. The staple food is bread and eggs. Liu Zheng, a professor of nutrition at the China Health Care Association, suggests that if a child doesn't have time to eat breakfast, or if he or she eats rashly and little, parents can prepare several pieces of pure dark chocolate for them to eat on the road or during recess.
