1. Eat less sweets

2. Do more jumping and stretching

3. Go to bed at 10 p.m

The most vigorous time of human growth hormone secretion is from 11:00 to 4:00 in the night. If you can sleep in this period, it will help height development. As it takes about 30 minutes for children to go to sleep, we usually try to let them go to bed at 10 p.m. so that they can go to sleep at about 11 p.m.
