Stewed pork ribs

1. Wash the spareribs, put dozens of prickly ash into the seasoning box (or wrapped with gauze), sit in the pot with water, put the water into the seasoning box (prickly ash) and cook for about 3 minutes, blanch the spareribs until the color changes, and drain the water.

2. Prepare two pieces of star anise, a small section of cinnamon, two pieces of dried pepper, a proper amount of red onion (can't be replaced by green onion), and a slice of ginger.

3. Add a small amount of oil to the frying pan, stir fry the ribs slowly over medium and low heat. After the ribs are fried, add all ingredients to stir fry the flavor together, add sugar to stir until it dissolves, add a proper amount of rice wine and a few drops of vinegar, stir evenly.

4. Add a small amount of old soy sauce, stir fry, add boiling water to two-thirds of the ribs, boil and simmer for 15 minutes.

5. Add in the broken string beans, bring to a boil and simmer for 8 minutes.

6. Put the spaghetti into the steamer when stewing the spareribs, spread it on the cage cloth as fluffy as possible, steam it for 15 minutes after boiling, take it out and shake it up.

7. Stew the spare ribs and beans, and then put them into the spoon. Leave the soup in the original pot and stir the steamed noodles into the soup quickly.

8. Cover the steamer with a layer of cloth, one layer of noodles and one layer of vegetables, and then cover all noodles and vegetables in turn. If there are too many, use two layers of steamer, steam for 10 to 15 minutes.
